We believe that collaboration serves an important role in helping organizations overcome challenges. House of Genius in Atlanta is delighted to connect challenges from the real world to a diverse array of problem solvers, fostering disruptive thinking, supportive input and creative new ideas. We are committed to diversity among panelists and presenters and we support initiatives at all stages of their growth.

Shireen Khan is the President of Virtue Global Consulting. She specializes in using multidisciplinary skills to solve complex problems for business, innovation and social impact. She has worked with the United Nations, PepsiCo, the World Economic Forum, CNN and AT&T. Shireen has coached entrepreneurs across the globe, including in post‐conflict, post‐disaster settings. She loves anything to do with design, cultures and society, is passionate about sustainability and relaxes by reading international news. Shireen holds Columbia MBA and Master of International Affairs degrees and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Over 10+ years at the company she collaborates with senior engineering leaders to find creative solutions to solve problems and has traveled the world to facilitate leadership & team-building workshops. She is also a leadership coach helping individuals and organizations manage organizational effectiveness and culture, team dynamics, and career development. Meghan enjoys traveling, hiking with friends on the weekend, and discovering new music.

From strategy to execution, Jen makes innovative ideas become product realities. As a Director within the Advanced Product Innovation team at Thomson Reuters, Jen has a constant eye on the emerging technology landscape to generate product and partnership opportunities. She partners both internally and externally to conceptualize ideas, build proof of concepts, deploy prototypes and deliver revenue generating products. After starting her career in financial services, Jen has since worked across Thomson Reuters in a variety of strategic and operational roles. In her spare time, Jen is a weather nerd and big fan of group fitness.
