Founder of a leadership pedestal platform called L-Perspective & ELADO
Enjoying the interesting phase of being an entrepreneur, from willingness to make mistakes, dirtying my hands and staying true to myself. I also consult organizations based out of India for their India business entry strategy, performance exuberance and facilitate go-to-market & the last mile milieu.
The other half of my time been interacting on renewable ecosystem, as a social entrepreneur; largely grounded to the alternate livelihood strategies & script new ways of being self-reliant.
My personal interests are community network hobbyist, travel, culinary and wine enthusiasts, an avid world cinema connoisseur, screenwriter, critic and a blogger.

An experienced professional having worked with companies like Pharmacia, Monsanto in the US and India. A tall order qualification consists of Engineering from CEG, Guindy, Chennai and Post Graduate in Management from IIM, Calcutta and University of Toledo respectively. Also certified in management from the Cox School of Business.
Actively engaged with CHRM, CAI and GMCI, he is on stewardship committee of several industry bodies. Pioneered and incepted companies like Surgeforth, a science innovation company and a smart instrumentation company in India.
He loves writing, espousing social causes and poetry. He believes that all problems can be solved.
